Balistrad is a location in The Landscape Campaign.
Balistrad is known to be the home and main lair of Frichadar , a powerful black dragon sorcerer. It was formerly a massive human fortress built on the edge of a cliff overlooking a marsh. Since Frichadar's habitation of the fortress, the marsh's nature has warped and become a dangerous and noxious swamp.
